Monolite UCE4
The UCE4 model from Italtesla’s Monolite series is a linear explosion-proof LED luminaire engineered for industrial applications in Zone 1 & 2 and Zone 21 & 22. Equipped with Bridgelux LED chips and a Tridonic driver, it delivers luminous efficiency over 140LM/W and is available in outputs from 20W to 75W.
The fixture body is made from pure aluminum A6063 with high thermal conductivity, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and extended product life (>50,000 hours). Certified to ATEX, CE, and RoHS standards, the UCE4 combines robust design with full regulatory compliance. It also features IK10 impact protection, IP66 ingress protection, and WF2-level corrosion resistance.
A wide 120° beam angle allows broad-area illumination, suitable for installations on walls, ceilings, fences, and more. Various mounting options are available, including fixed bracket, tunable bracket, and suspension chain, enhancing installation flexibility. The fixture includes Wago connectors for simplified rewiring, reducing installation time and maintenance costs.
With a working temperature range of -25°C to +45°C, the UCE4 is designed for demanding environments requiring reliable, certified explosion-proof lighting.
