Monolite UCE3
The UCE3 model from Italtesla’s Monolite series is an explosion-proof LED fixture engineered for use in hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 & 2 and Zone 21 & 22. It is ATEX and IECEx certified, offering full compliance with stringent safety standards required in petrochemical, chemical, and mining sectors.
Equipped with CREE high-intensity LEDs and a Meanwell driver, the UCE3 achieves up to 180LM/W luminous efficiency and a maximum initial flux of 32,000 lumens, depending on the selected wattage (60W to 200W). The 100° beam angle ensures focused and uniform light distribution.
The fixture is constructed from pure aluminum with Akzo Nobel corrosion-resistant coating, providing WF2-level protection and a robust IP66 ingress rating. Its IK08 impact resistance and tempered glass cover further enhance durability and safety. Operating across a wide temperature range (-40°C to +60°C), the UCE3 is designed to perform reliably in extreme industrial environments.
With a rated lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours, the UCE3 combines high performance, certified safety, and mechanical resilience for professional applications in potentially explosive atmospheres.
